"I first noticed that Pip Pip had trouble going through tunnels when he
was just starting out in class. Elise had a very dark purple tunnel, and
it was almost as if he couldn't see it. I don't think he was afraid of
them; and I wondered if his reluctance might be because he is tall, and
going through a tunnel forces him to 'hunker down' to get through. I remember
one teacher asking, 'Does he really understand tunnels at all?' Happily,
for both of us, with time, encouragement and repeated exposure, he identifies
them better and our runs are much more successful." - Judy
